Flowsheets (or Mechanical Flow Diagrams) are drawn  based on customer input and our processing experience.  Flowsheets are typically modelled using Metsim, a specialised program developed for the modelling of metallurgical plant flowsheets.

Capabilities

Working with Metsim since 1989.  Flowsheets have been created for spent aluminium potlining, aluminium, copper, nickel, and zinc smelters.  Auxiliary process have been modelled such as:  acid plants, waste water treatment, coal milling and drying, feed preparation (milling, grinding, drying, flash calcining, fluid bed reduction, etc.).  See example below provided by PROWARE:
